Fayette CARE Clinic (FCC) opened its doors on May 1, 2005 in Fayetteville, Georgia, with the mission to provide compassionate and respectful health care for everyone in need.

FCC has provided medical care serving the uninsured and lower-income residents in our community for the last fourteen years. Over the years our organization has grown and expanded our services to include dental, podiatry, and chiropractic.   For the future we plan to include a mental health component.

Our highly skilled staff and volunteer specialty providers are all licensed health care providers. Our paid medical team meets our patients’ primary healthcare needs. Our specialty providers volunteer their time and talents to additionally serve our patients’ medical needs.

Often uninsured and underserved individuals delay medical care because they simply cannot afford to see a doctor. This puts them at risk for a health crisis due to a lack of preventive care. For those who do manage an initial doctor visit, many are unable to afford needed medications or follow-up visits to resolve their illness.

Fayette CARE Clinic is instrumental in helping to reduce potential health crises for our patients into the future by providing access to a free quality medical home and the care our patients need.
